May Wellness Challenge – Language of the Virtues

The May Wellness Challenge is to incorporate some of the virtues from The Virtue Project into our work life this month.  The challenge is to focus on one virtue a week and journal about how you have demonstrated this virtue or how the virtue can help with your decision making, words and actions.  The four virtues we will be focusing on this month are:

Week 4. WonderEach week consider the following questions and journal your thoughts.

  • What about this week’s virtue resonates with you?
  • What are three ways in which I already practice this week’s virtue?
  • How do I feel when people treat me with a lack of this week’s virtue?
  • How do I feel when people treat me with an abundance of this week’s virtue?
  • How have I embodied this week’s virtue with: myself and my family, my colleagues, my hosts, students, clients and agents.
