Heidi started with CHN Feb 2019 as a Relationship Manager in London, Ontario. She experienced managing both the high school and adult programs over approximately 3 years. In April 2022 Heidi started as the Program Lead for Central Ontario. Before CHN,  she worked as a Child and Youth Worker in everything from the adolescent ward in a mental health hospital to a group home with nine high-risk youth. She also has over 15 years of experience in customer service and retail management.

In her free time, Heidi loves to spend time with family and cuddling her two dogs. She also enjoys taking walks with the dogs and enjoys this most during the fall season. Her ten nieces and nephews keep her on her toes. In Heidi’s spare time she can be found reading a good book, or sitting around a big campfire with friends, family, and the pups!
