Meaghan was born in Halifax, NS, but later moved to Ottawa. Meaghan has moved around as part of a military family, living in the United States for a few years, then returning to Ottawa. Meaghan completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology and her Master’s in Social Work. She has experience as a Case Manager, working mainly with young adults dealing with mental health and addictions. She prides herself on providing a client-centred approach, focusing on each person’s individual needs. She joined the CHN team as a Relationship Manager for the Ottawa area in 2019, leaving that role in 2021. Meaghan is happy to be returning to CHN as a program lead.

In her free time she enjoys biking, baking, and taking long walks to the park with her husband and son.
