Allison grew up in Southern Ontario but later moved to Winnipeg where she fell in love with the international community and pursued ESL teaching. She joined the CHN team as a Relationship Manager for the Barrie area, eventually transitioning to her role as National Trainer and moving back to Winnipeg. Allison is passionate about connecting communities and cultures. In addition to her ESL experience, she brings with her years of experience supporting youth as well as individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health concerns. She believes multicultural and diverse communities make us better as a whole.
