“Allison joined CHN in 2021 as a Relationship Manager covering Nova Scotia, moving later into the role of Development Lead. She has worked in International Education in Canada and overseas since 2003, gaining experience in many different capacities. She has taught English as a Second Language in China, South Korea and the USA, worked in Academic Management leading an ESL department, been an International Student Advisor, worked in International Admissions, and has held several roles as a Homestay Coordinator.

Her family has also been serving as a host family since 2010, welcoming over 17 students into their home from over 10 countries! Allison is thrilled to be able to continue to help students and their host families have the best experience possible!

Allison moved back to Nova Scotia in 2018 with her husband and three children, all of whom were born and raised in the United States, to be closer to family. She enjoys travel and can often be found exploring one of Nova Scotia’s beautiful beaches with her family and their two dogs!”
