Karissa joined the CHN leadership team after having serving our clients in Southwestern Ontario since 2013. Prior to joining CHN Karissa worked within the social service sector as a Community Support Worker, supporting vulnerable individuals living on the streets and managing serious mental health conditions. Karissa has several years of crisis management and critical debriefing experience and is passionate about helping others.
