“Kelsey is a Customer Care & Support Representative having joined the team in December of 2021. She is from Toronto but spent her adolescence in Ottawa where she finished secondary school. Her family would host International students when she was living in Ottawa and afterward when she moved to Toronto in 2013. She attended Seneca College and graduated with a diploma in Creative Advertising and Broadcast. Kelsey is also a Singer/Songwriter and has been doing this for over 10 years in the music industry. She loves music and performing locally.

Meeting new people and making connections is important to Kelsey. She believes that exploring different groups and cultures allows her to be a better servant to the community.”
