Walker Walker, Host Ambassador - Eastern Canada

Leslie joined CHN in June 2017 as a Host Family Interviewer for Barrie, became a Relationship Manager, and is now a Host Ambassador in the same community who enjoys working with both students and hosts.

Over her career Leslie has held management positions as the CEO of a Chamber of Commerce (14 years) and Executive Director of a Community Information and Volunteer Centre (6 years). She has always enjoyed working to promote her community.

Leslie lives in the beautiful lakefront community of Barrie, Ontario. Some of Leslie’s varied interests include: Ballroom Dancing; Skipping Double Dutch; Gardening, Tea and collecting Teapots; Traveling and Family.
