“Richard and his family have been hosting with CHN since 2013, and Richard joined our team in the spring of 2015 as a part time Interviewer, later moving into the role of Host Ambassador, and now Host Capacity Lead. Originally from Southern Ontario, Richard moved to Ottawa in 1991 to complete a Classical Studies degree at the University of Ottawa.

Richard and his wife, Michele, have a mutual love of travel and spent several years studying and working in Europe. They returned to Ottawa in late 2000 to start their family. Richard was fortunate enough to stay at home and raise their two children through the toddler and preschool years. He now has his own non-medical home care business, providing assistance to a variety of people. Richard and his family can often be found strolling around their local neighbourhood in Ottawa.”
